Login Notifications and their Meanings

Login notifications and there meanings

When login and you receive a red box notification stating “User may not login from xxx.xxx.xx.xx (your IP address) this means that your IP address has not been given permission to log on to TLD.
  • Please advise your supervisor of your IP address and request they add you to the whitelist (permission to access list).

Once you login and get a blue notification box that states “TLDialer: IP Authentication Pending” read the message and wait for the blue box to go away, this is the system asking for a few minutes to finish whitelisting your IP address.
  • If you ignore the pop up and keeping moving to log in to the dialer portion you will receive another red notification box (that message covered next) . If the blue box takes more then 5 minutes to clear, please reach out to your administrator for next steps.

If you did not pay attention to the last notification box and continued to log in to the dialer before the system finished whitelisting you IP address you will get a red notifcation box that states “TLDialer Phone is Unregistered. Try again.”
  • To clear this notication and access the dialer, you will need to exit the dialer and connect again, paying attention for the blue notifcation pop up (that we covered above) and wait for the notication to clear.
